By accessing or using MyTesLab (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This Platform is operated by Beijing Lanhu Technology Co., Ltd. (北京蓝壶科技有限公司) to provide AI-driven digital creative tools for Tesla owners.
2. Description of Service
The Platform provides AIGC (Generative AI) technology for users to generate, upload, preview, and download digital sticker designs. All products are digital assets; no physical goods are delivered.
3. Intellectual Property and User Content
Ownership:
You retain ownership of original materials uploaded and AI works generated via the Platform.
User Uploads:
You warrant that you own legal rights to all uploaded content. Uploading content that infringes on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or privacy is strictly prohibited.
Public Sharing Grant:
By selecting to "Publicly Publish" your work, you grant the Platform and all other users worldwide a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, and non-exclusive license to download, display, modify, and use such content.
License to Platform:
You grant us the necessary rights to store, host, and display your content to provide our services.
4. Copyright Policy and Takedown Procedure (DMCA)
We respect intellectual property. If a rights holder finds infringing content on the Platform, please email support@myteslab.com with: 1) Proof of rights and contact info; 2) Specific URL(s) of the infringing content; 3) A statement made in good faith. Upon a valid notice, we will follow a "Notice-and-Takedown" procedure. Repeat infringers will have their accounts permanently terminated.
5. Official Disclaimer
MyTeslaLab is an independent third-party platform and is not affiliated with, associated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Tesla, Inc. References to "Tesla" and vehicle models are solely for descriptive purposes.
6. Payment Processing
Payments on this platform are processed by Polar (Polar.sh), acting as our Merchant of Record. Polar is responsible for transaction security, tax compliance, and billing.
Privacy Policy
1. Data Collection
We collect your email for account management and uploaded images for AI model inference.
2. Payment Security
Your payment information (e.g., credit card numbers) is handled directly by Polar.sh. We do not store any sensitive financial data.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to third parties, except as required by law or necessary for service provision (e.g., payment processing).
4. User Rights
You may contact us at any time to request the deletion of your account and associated uploaded data.
Refund Policy
1. Nature of Digital Goods
Due to the instantaneous and irreversible nature of AI generation credits and digital downloads, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once credits are consumed or assets are delivered.
2. Technical Issues
If a technical failure occurs (e.g., credit deduction without generation), please contact support@myteslab.com within 72 hours. We will restate credits after verification.
3. Final Decision
The Platform reserves the right of final interpretation regarding any refund requests or policy abuse.
